<h3>Rayko</h3>
<p>An “Emotional Conduit”, Rayko is a prolific songwriter and an energetic, sought- after vocalist Rayko composed the melodies for Gratitude and sang, played on and produced all pieces as well. Her compositions often contain themes of social justice, female perspectives and cross-cultural challenge. Born in Tokyo, Rayko also composed, arranged and performed songs for the award-winning Amazon Prime series, “Man In the High Castle.” Her other compositions include “Reaching For The Stars” and “Behind The Sun”—co-written with Grammy winner Isha Erskine, as well as the ending theme for the feature “The Wolves of Saving Hill”— featuring Kurt Fuller of “Pursuit of Happyness,” and the late Michael Massee of Spider-Man 2. Rayko is the vocalist in the house band of a popular Adult Swim show, and currently the voice of a brand new ride in Tokyo Disneyland.</p>
<h3>Frank</h3>
<p>Inspired by a recent trip down the Nile River to “The Birthplace of Civilization”, songwriter Frank Kilpatrick created Gratitude to, “Draw attention to everything we have to be thankful for.“ Frank created lyrics for all songs in the Gratitude suite and oversaw video and music production. He has written numerous songs in exploratory, harmonic and romantic genres that are available for licensing. Recently, he created “Stay Alive” – a 90-minute Suicide Prevention video podcast.<br />
Frank frequently collaborates with: Billy Hinsche – best known for his 30+ year touring role with The Beach Boys and Brian Wilson; co-Founder of Dino, Desi and Billy; and singer and/or songwriting contributor to the recordings of Elton John and Chicago and Scott Paige – best known for his work with the international traveling bands for Pink Floyd, Toto and Supertramp, as well as others.</p>

<p>00:30 &#8211; Introduction</p>
<p>05:15 &#8211; For those people who are interested in that, that&#8217;s a real, rich area to explore. What we do in our  gratitude videos that we&#8217;ve talked about, is we have encompassed some of that, let&#8217;s call it strategy. We don&#8217;t take the technical approach to it, you don&#8217;t have to understand what binaural beats are to appreciate what we&#8217;ve done.</p>
<p>06:00 &#8211; We&#8217;ve encompassed some of that in our gratitude videos, because we find that it&#8217;s more engaging to the listener. There is something about the mind, it wants to kind of resolve that little slight difference that they hear and in the frequency, the tone. So that makes it more engaging to draw you into meditation.</p>
<p>10:00 &#8211; I mean, it is very, very interesting how people react to certain music and when I am getting ready to volunteer again for the convalescent homes, and the the director, the activity director that I spoke to said, those Alzheimer&#8217;s patients don&#8217;t remember the names or the the places they went to. They don&#8217;t even speak much, but when they hear the music that they are familiar with, they start singing they have not forgotten the lyrics to the songs. So yes, music plays a huge role in mental illnesses, disabilities, you know, simple things like get you going.</p>

<p>28:00 &#8211; In addition to the audio, the thing that we did here is we took the audio, it&#8217;s kind of an introduction to meditation for some people tell us it&#8217;s a good place to start. But we also added video and we added an on screen informational kit content, which really kind of doubles the impact because you&#8217;re connecting multiple modalities.</p>
<p>30:00 &#8211; Our 90 Minute suicide is a film, it&#8217;s called stay alive. It was aimed at communicating with people who were in a very dark place.</p>
<p>41:00 &#8211; I&#8217;m from Japan. Yeah. I am a city girl, I&#8217;m from Tokyo and you know, city I know. Having worked with Tokyo Disney, the new newest ride the hottie ride with de Mads, like all six songs. It was it was really, really fun project.</p>
<p>51:00 &#8211; My partner is actually an ex car race driver. He raced for 20 years and he&#8217;s done enough carbon damage that he really wants to save the environment. He&#8217;s a two time cancer survivor when he was 19. He had cancer when he was 21. He got everything metastasized, and he was dying at 98 pounds and cannabis helped him survive.</p>

<p>I am a huge believer of not putting any limitations. Because the worst you get is a no. So I would encourage everybody to be fearless and do it, as long as it&#8217;s not illegal or hurting yourself or hurting them hurting others. Just put no limitations out there and just go for it. Just believe in yourself and if you get no then move on. But you know, no is the the worst that you get. Be kind to all living things, animals, the environment, the trees and oceans, and you know, do unto others. That&#8217;s always been my go to.</p>

<p>People need to realize that health is personalized. Everybody is a little different, don&#8217;t be too dogmatic about it. Don&#8217;t be like oh I&#8217;m a Vegan so everyone else has to be a Vegan.&nbsp;Or, I&#8217;m a Carnivore so everyone else has to be a Carnivore.</p>
<p>There are definitely certain principles that apply to everybody. For example, eating process sugar is bad for you! There IS a lot of diversity and customization available, so you want to be aware of that.</p>

As we age, our eyes actually develop more of a barrier to blue light. When we&#8217;re very young, our eyes haven&#8217;t developed as much. That blue light that has been emitted from an iPad or TV screen or cell phone is literally hitting their eyes. We don&#8217;t know exactly what damage it&#8217;s doing.</li>
<li>[spp-timestamp time=&#8221;10:17&#8243;]&nbsp;Even if you got seven or eight hours of sleep, your sleep quality was compromised from blue light. I have not actually limited my screen time, my screen use if anything has increased. However, I protect my eyes with these glasses while I&#8217;m using it. I got to tell you, Scott, I sleep flawlessly. I mean for a 42-year-old man, I&#8217;m sleeping as good as I&#8217;m sure 40 something man can sleep.</li>

<li>[spp-timestamp time=&#8221;14:30&#8243;] Ten, twenty, or thirty years from now, we are going to look back to this time and realize that putting a phone to our ear and using WiFi was actually just disintegrating our brain and messing with our neurology. All of this causing irreparable damage, just like when people first smoked cigarettes, they didn&#8217;t really realize it was it was bad for your health.</li>

This is not to take anything away from the ladies. We as men are afraid to show that softer side or that vulnerable side.</li>

I gotta say, I don&#8217;t want to say I&#8217;m drinking the&nbsp;Kool-Aid, but I will say that I am certainly embracing going deep, getting triggered, and bringing up some nasty, awkward stuff for the sole purpose of growth. So far, it&#8217;s working. It&#8217;s not pretty. It&#8217;s messy. But I have to say that it&#8217;s working.</li>
<li>[spp-timestamp time=&#8221;30:27&#8243;] Our job description in relationships has changed. It used to be, go out, hunt, kill, and provide, Be tough, deal with the stuff and take care of business. They&#8217;re demanding more of us and that more is vulnerability and emotions. It&#8217;s challenging and it&#8217;s messy sometimes.</li>

What if you grow and you attract even more success because you stop being a douche bag and you treat people like you want to be treated?</li>
<li>[spp-timestamp time=&#8221;52:40&#8243;] No alcohol challenge. I looked in the mirror and I was a weathered man, I had wrinkles. I&#8217;d put on about 25 pounds in the course of a year, which isn&#8217;t a huge amount, but it&#8217;s, it&#8217;s noticeable. I had little fat rolls, kind of like hanging over my little inflammatory storage.</li>
<li>[spp-timestamp time=&#8221;54:45&#8243;] I don&#8217;t think you can necessarily get better looking. It&#8217;s just that your body can finally unleash your true self. You look the way nature intended you to look.</li>
<li>[spp-timestamp time=&#8221;57:14&#8243;] I have this program called 30 days, no alcohol challenge. I don&#8217;t tell people to quit drinking. I just encourage people to quit drinking for 30 days. I put about almost 10,000 people through this. Now, in three years, since I&#8217;ve had this program, most people at the end of 30 days do go back to drinking. However, they go back at a far reduced rate than before. So they&#8217;re now no longer relying on alcohol to relieve stress. They no longer are relying on alcohol to social and realize they now have a better relationship with alcohol.</li>
<li>[spp-timestamp time=&#8221;01:02:08&#8243;] Alcohol affects you all over and shows up in your skin, it dehydrates your body&#8217;s biggest organ, which is your skin. All of these women and men around the world are spending all of this money on moisturizers, face&nbsp;anti-aging, all that stuff. If you want to reduce wrinkles and reduce the site visible signs of aging, quit drinking. It&#8217;s so simple, just drink a bunch of water.</li>
<li>[spp-timestamp time=&#8221;01:10:47&#8243;] Are you getting into fights or not saving money to invest. There are all of these little things, incremental things. It&#8217;s not that alcohol is the devil but if it&#8217;s slowing you down just a little bit, explore that.</li>
