FUEL FOUNDATIONS PROJECTS

On 6-30-2013 we tragically lost the 19, elite, Hotshot Wildland Firefighters crew known as the Granite Mountain Hotshots. Their last alarm was battling the Yarnell Hill Fire near Prescott, Arizona.
We continue to host this annual workout to honor their memory but also to create awareness for other injured and fallen firefighters. This workout is a heroes level workout designed to test you physically and especially mentally. The Hotshots 19 workouts’ purpose is to honor our fallen heroes while helping attendees generate purpose with their sweat and to give back.
As of 2019, all proceeds from this annual event will now be benefitting the new non-profit, FUEL Foundations. That’s right, you can write off your registrations and donations everyone!!!

Jordan Creek Singletrack is part of the larger Jordan Park system managed by Lehigh County. The main park is a nice inner-city area to ride, walk dogs, run, hike, etc. We started the JCS aka Jordan Creek Singletrack project to support the trails that are not maintained by the county. All singletrack trails off of the road accesses are supported mostly by our biking volunteers.

The network of singletrack trails constantly loops back to the main two-track aka jeep road that bisects the park. It has something for every rider to challenge yourself.

Beginners can ride the whole network, encountering numerous opportunities to enhance their bike handling skills. JCS is popular with the single-speed crowd due to the rolling terrain and its smooth hardpack surfaces.

Intermedia to advanced riders will enjoy our minor obstacles from log-overs, small jumps, drop off stunts, and short rock gardens. These are just some of the technical fun to improve your riding fun. Most riders with intermediate bike handling skills will find a few moderately technical climbs to test their skills as well!

Thank you in advance for supporting our new non-profit effort to continuously maintain and improve our singletrack trails.
