<p>05:00 – When you see commercials for semi glutides or GLP-1&#8217;s,  they&#8217;re compounded, the feds have made those against the law out there and now illegal to compound, beginning next month, so you use a name brand prescription. The reason for that is because, when you&#8217;re doing the peptides, they aren&#8217;t regulated, so you don&#8217;t know. It could be a guy in a bathtub in China with his cat, and they&#8217;re making them, and you&#8217;re pumping that into your body hoping it&#8217;s going to make a difference. </p>
<p>28:40 – So without sounding too sarcastic with it, so in that same vein, if you say people want to be healthy, people that we talked about asking like the GLP compound of drugs, or the GLP weight loss drugs, people healthy will also start eating healthy. If you&#8217;re taking those medications and you&#8217;re just eating one piece of pizza instead of three, that&#8217;s not help.</p>
<p>31:20 – The metabolic ones, insulin, blood sugars, leptin, ghrelinn, adeno, pectin, etc. So when you start to control those metabolically, you start to burn more unhealthy fat than sugar, which is what people try to control on the Keto Diet, right? The Keto Diet is not bad as long as you can sustain it. But the average person can&#8217;t sustain it, unlike you&#8217;d mentioned, you&#8217;re able to do that. The average person can&#8217;t necessarily sustain that. So the way you keep weight off forever is you find a way for that particular patient so they can have the freedom to eat what they want, &#8220;within reason&#8221;, and still lose weight. So psychologically, if you feel like you&#8217;re not dieting and you&#8217;re losing inches of fat and weight, we&#8217;re on the home stretch. </p>
<p>52:55 – I was looking at again for a panel of like, 20 med spas that are starting this, and they&#8217;re getting rid of GLP1&#8217;s, they&#8217;re going for a program. The average patient loses 32.8 pounds. This is within a 90 day mark, and they lose up to 20.2 inches within 60 days. The average person loses two clothing sizes, or 10% of your body weight in 60 days is a very safe bet, like bet your house with a kid in it and take it to the bank.</p>

<p>The impact of children seeing mothers inject weight loss drugs to lose weight versus making healthy choices comes to them. Our own girls have told us over and over and over again, I can&#8217;t believe how bad everybody else eats, or I went to my friend&#8217;s house and the whole family is literally sitting around consuming bags of chips, and I couldn&#8217;t believe it. There wasn&#8217;t fruit, there wasn&#8217;t anything like natural veggies with the meal. They&#8217;re just astonished that not everybody does that, who needs that. So it&#8217;s, again, it was kind of an aha moment to me that you&#8217;re impacting families, and that how far that goes with kids and everything else as well. For all the women out there that have children or men that have children, that can become more aware, this is what they see and what they learn.</p>

<p>14:00 &#8211; My definition of success is being able to make change in our world. How do you do that? You gotta put yourself in a position of power. What&#8217;s a position of power? Yes, I&#8217;m a CEO of a company that right now has multiple locations, we are nationwide, it&#8217;s fantastic. That&#8217;s still not going to give me my definition of success. Ultimately, my goal is to be able to sit in a seat, in a legislative role, a political role, to be able to make some of these changes that have caused so many hiccups and a lot of difficulty for me to grow my own business. </p>

Speaking to the locals there, they were telling me that they&#8217;re not only active, but they were supportive. They were supported by the local Imams and things like that.</p>
<p>22:00 &#8211; All of this data shows that if you&#8217;re metabolically healthy, you will do much, much better against things like COVID. I think that&#8217;s something that people can do, that they can affect in their own life. That is something that they can change, that they can affect, and they can take control their own health and their own destiny. A lot of diseases, even chronic disease, especially chronic diseases, are being shown to be metabolic issues. Metabolic issues are specifically brought about by not eating the right thing.</p>
<p>32:00 &#8211; On the topic of Fasting, from what I can see, all of the same benefits can be achieved just from being in that healthy metabolic state. You get the same Autophagy process where you clear your body of these senescence cells. You clear out those those pre cancer cells and all of those little half dead cells are working too well. So all of those benefits from fasting you get from just eating a proper diet, like the Carnivore Lifestyle because you&#8217;ll be in that metabolic state. There are a lot of studies with so called fasting mimicking diet, which is a ketogenic diet, and they find that it was really hard for people to fast. So I really don&#8217;t like it, you can do this by just getting in that healthy metabolic state.</p>
<p>40:30 &#8211; There are many people who made that same comment back in the early 80&#8217;s. They looked at other animals, because the argument was from all the experts at the time, they assumed that you had to eat carbs in order to burn carbs for getting biochemistry. That as soon as you stop eating carbs, you make carbs, so that&#8217;s what all of these people who supposedly took biochemistry assumed. Then we get into the topic of Gluconeogenesis.</p>
<p>51:15 &#8211; I don&#8217;t think we need supplements. I don&#8217;t think you need to take any of those things. If you think about what we eat for and what&#8217;s the purpose of eating. We&#8217;re trying to build and maintain animal structure, animal tissue, meat, right? So what by definition is going to have everything that we need, in the proportion that we need it, to build and maintain&#8230; MEAT aka a Carnivore Lifestyle.</p>
<p>01:02:40 &#8211; Plants don&#8217;t want to be eaten. You know, maybe their fruit, maybe they&#8217;d like that to get eaten. But even then, they want specific animals to eat them. They don&#8217;t want necessarily us to eat them. There are most fruits and berries that will kill you. If you go out into the wild, people that know about foraging, hunting, and survival out in the wild will tell you NOT to eat random red berries.</p>

<h2><strong>Our Final Words of the Show: </strong></h2>
<p>I think the main thing is we were having a lot of things come out, like Dr. Palmer&#8217;s book with the brain energy thing you&#8217;re looking at metabolic health. The last few years looking at the most people that were most affected were people that were metabolically unhealthy as well, finding out about, you know, cancer being linked to metabolism and the mitochondria. The main thing that you can do for your health and the health of your loved ones, and really just the happiness and sanctity of your life, is to look at your own metabolic health and try to take steps to become metabolically healthy.</p>
<p>I think that it fundamentally comes from what you eat, your metabolism is what you eat. You study biochemistry is really just the science of what we eat. And what happens when we eat certain things. The energy mobilization in your body, your metabolism is what you eat and so when you&#8217;re eating things that your body doesn&#8217;t really know how to use properly, you will damage your mitochondria. There are a lot of these toxins that we sort of touched on, but didn&#8217;t go into too much detail. But a lot of these plant toxins really damage your mitochondria, and just running on carbohydrates, damages and suppresses the function and expression of your mitochondria. So you make less of them. They&#8217;re suppressed in number as well as function.</p>
<p>So there are certain things and you can call them hacks, and you can call them whatever you want. But there are certain things that increase the efficacy of your mitochondria, map metabolism and the number. So there are certain things people can look into. This is all available on PubMed, Google Scholar, all these sorts of things. Take a look, see what is actually good for your mitochondria? I&#8217;m sure there&#8217;ll be other things mixed in there like, oh, this chemical and broccoli seems to help whatever. Okay, but what are the 150,000 other chemicals and what are they doing? Are those healthy as well? Are those contributing? Or are they diminishing from your metabolic and mitochondrial health. So I think that metabolic health is just the most important thing, it is what will keep you healthy, and it keeps you healthy longer. It will help you weather all sorts of different infections and it will prevent you from getting chronic diseases in the first place.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t think that these so called chronic diseases like autoimmune issues like heart disease, even Cancer, and Alzheimer&#8217;s, Parkinson&#8217;s, and diabetes, I don&#8217;t think these are diseases, they&#8217;re non-communicable. They didn&#8217;t exist 100 years ago, in any real numbers. These are coming from eating the wrong thing. They are damaging our mitochondria, they are damaging our metabolism. They are presenting themselves in these weird and horrible ways and they don&#8217;t need to exist if you take care of your metabolic health.</p>
